Annabel Karmel menu at Sani Resort [Advertorial]

May 1, 2019

If you’ve followed me for a little while you’ll know that for the last two years we have been on the most amazing holiday to Sani Resort in Greece. We are completely sold on the resort, with five hotels, all five star centred around a bustling marina with amazing restaurants, stunning white sand beaches with clear, calm water and all the activities little ones could need to keep them occupied it’s one of those places that once you’ve been you’ll want to go again and again.

As one of Annabel Karmel’s brand ambassadors I was really excited to hear the news that she has teamed up with chefs at Sani resort to help create healthy, super-tasty and balanced dishes that all little ones will love. Although the kid’s food at Sani has always been good and the girls have enjoyed I really think the Annabel Karmel dishes will make eating out for little ones even better. Sani Resort has over 20 restaurants that you can enjoy on a dine-around programme and the food is out of this world, so the addition of a fantastic kids menu is great news!

Annabel Karmel has been spending time at the resort training chefs ahead of the launch and will also be appearing at the resort over the Summer with baby-toddler feeding talks, cook-alongs and more!

Here is a sample of what the little ones could be enjoying at Sani Resort.

Junior Choices:

Sweetcorn fritters

These are super tasty sweetcorn, tomato and halloumi fritters perfect for lunch or dinner after lots of fun in the sun.

Giant cous cous salad

Lots of hidden veggies and yummy cous cous.

Glazed salmon with Chinese style veggie rice

A yummy marinaded salmon dish with rice that includes vegetables, perfect if little ones are fussy about veg!

Mini burgers with sweet potato chips

Healthy fast food for little ones these mini burgers have a special ingredient of grated apple and carrot making these not only delicious but good for them too!

Junior snacks

Fruity dip

A yummy dip with delicious fresh fruit, this would be the perfect mid-morning snack to keep tummies full until lunch.

No-sugar chocolate orange energy balls

A healthy twist on a chocolate truffle- yummy!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Annabel and some of the Sani team at Annabel’s house to try this menu and it was delicious. The salmon was yummy and I would quite like an adult portion! I think my girls would love the mini burgers, sweetcorn fritters and the salmon dishes particularly. It can be so hard to feed children when you’re away, with bland meals, a lack of fresh vegetables it can feel difficult but this menu means even the fussiest of eaters should find something they like.

If you’re intrigued about a Sani holiday then check out the day in the life video I filmed when we were there last year to see what we got up to as a family of four.

As well as the exciting news above Sani Resort also has some amazing developments this year with a Rafa Nadal tennis centre for children over 5, a brand new family splash pool, a Sani Adventure Park and an ice cream truck that travels between the hotels.

If you’re looking for some relaxation then why not try the kids club which we trialed last year with the girls. Run by Worldwide Kids we were so impressed with the morning sessions they ran which gave us some valuable relaxation time and the girls some fun out of the sun. You can read my review here.

Thanks for having me today Annabel.
