What the girls wore this week is very much inspired by our recent trip to Watergate Bay hotel in Cornwall for a Spring break (luckily just before the snow hit)! We had a wonderful trip and if you want to see more head on over to our Youtube channel for a day in the life…
The girls coats and jackets were essential items in our suitcase this week as the beach was still quite cold, even on the sunny days.
Evie’s coat is a gorgeous print from Joules which is perfect for blustery days, it rolls up really small and is lightweight but warm, perfect for a Spring day on the beach.
Her bobble hat is from Gap Kids and the wellies are hand me downs from Amelie but are still in perfect condition!
It’s not just the girls that needed a good coat this holiday, my M&S pink jacket for perfect for the evenings and on sunnier days and for the cooler/rainy days my Joules raincoat was essential!
For the pool visits Amelie and Evie had gorgeous matching costumes from Monsoon. They are a beautiful soft pink colour with a small tulle tutu and a seahorse on the front. They loved them and I can see why, who wouldn’t want to be a swimming ballerina!
Finally, the girls both had gorgeous evening dresses from Monsoon. Although it is still quite cold outside the hotel was warm so they were both happy in these short sleeve dresses.
The detailing on the dresses skirt with rainbows, rain clouds, suns and butterflies is beautiful.
*This girl’s dresses, swimming costumes and Amelie’s shoes were gifted, all thoughts and opinions are our own*
