Wear It

What the girls wore this week, holiday edition #1

May 18, 2017

Hello and welcome back to ‘what the girls wore this week’.

We’ve had a little break as we have been away on holiday in Greece but for the break in inspiration we now bring you two weeks of holiday outfits! (my favourite kind of shopping for the girls)!

First up this week is some of the girls evening outfits. They had some adorable dresses so do scroll through and have a look – they were perfect summer holiday pieces.

Next week we will be bringing you their daytime outfits and swimwear…

Amelie: Dress by Egg Baby, Shoes: So Livi

I fell in love with this dress, both when I saw it online and when it arrived. Not only is the print absolutely stunning the cut of the dress is gorgeous on Amelie and it really is a special piece. It was her favourite as well and it looked lovely with her gold handbag and So Livi gold sparkle shoes.

It’s such a great length for a toddler so they can still play but also look like they are wearing a dressed up dress.

Evie: Romper by Egg Baby

Amelie: Dress by Egg Baby, Shoes: So Livi

I absolutely loved the print of this romper and dress by Egg Baby. I love a twinning outfit and these looked adorable on both of the girls.

The romper was perfect for Evie in the hot weather as it kept her cool in the day but also looked really cute as an evening matching outfit with Amelie. The pink pom pom detail made it really special.

Amelie’s dress with the ruffles looked amazing on her and was the perfect dancing dress, she loved wearing it. Teamed with her sandals from SO Livi it was a lovely evening outfit.

Dresses by John Lewis

Another matching outfit for the two of them, this time from John Lewis. These dresses are gorgeous on the hanger and on. I loved the mix of flower prints and also the stripes. They could have also been worn in the day but as Amelie’s was fairly long I thought she would be hot so they made lovely evening outfits.

Amelie: Dress by Next, Shoes: So Livi and hand bag: Sainsbury’s

I loved this white dress from Next for her when I bought it for our holiday last year. Unfortunately she didn’t get round to wearing it. Luckily it still fits so we made use of it this year. I love white and gold in the sun and this outfit didn’t disappoint.

I’ll be sharing their daytime outfits next week, keep your eyes peeled for gorgeous day dresses from H&M and an adorable romper from Next for Evie.
